2019 – Identity, Print, Digital, Campaign

 

 

Timeout is a campaign idea that was developed in conjunction with the Australian Conservation Foundation’s wildlife Love initiative to give kids an engaging opportunity to forge a lifelong connection with urban wildlife and make priceless family memories.

 

The slogan of the campaign, “Play, Connect, Collect,” sums up its objectives: to encourage meaningful play interactions between people and their local animals while also collecting priceless experiences using the Timeout Adventure Journal. Participants can log their urban nature observations and actions in the Timeout Adventure Journal, then get Timeout rewards at events.

 

The “Timeout Family” and its local Australian wildlife-inspired mascots, Gale the Galah Bird, Bella the Brushtail Possum, and Percy the Pacific Black Duck, are among the visual assets.

 

To provide continuity across all components of the campaign identity, accompanying social media layouts, event tents and banners, posters, invitations, and adventure journals were made.
